Based off a scene in my Rugrats Fanfic "Tommy Pickles: The Terrible Twos" which is Chapters 1-5 aka Tommy vs The Potty which is a story where Tommy is going through Potty training like in the Rugrats episode Chuckie Vs the Potty.This is also a commission for TommyPicklesfan92 who wanted to see Tommy in that particular scene around the end of the chapter in his nightgown.
