The new episode is tomorrow!!! I'm so excited!!!This was shot at Metrocon. The funny part is we actually took this picture on the Saturday when Amon attacked Republic City but none of us had seen the episode yet. xD

The shoulder pads or the knee pads? The shoulder pads are actually thick foam knee pads covered in fabric and craft foam. The actual knee pads are just craft foam and an elastic strap.
I originally was going to use just craft foam for the shoulders but it was really flimsy and I couldn't get it to stay in the right shape. I hope this helps ^^

Knee pads, like the ones used for working outdoors. They have them at most hardware stores.
You could use knee pads for the knees, but they will be a little bit heavier and give you less freedom of movement.
