Personality: Extremely shy and easily embarrassed, Claire hates being the center of attention, which is hard considering how naturally large her breasts are. She will easily faint and teleport herself to the safety of her room when it's too much for her to handle. Once she's comfortable around someone, however, they'll see Claire as a extremely kind and intelligent young woman. Many have gained a sudden desire to protect her once they see her open up to them, maybe even the moment they see her thanks to the young woman's combination of adorable yet beautiful look. Despite her intelligence, Claire is surprisingly naive. Her best friend since childhood, Eliza, takes advantage of this naivety to get Claire to excuse her more perverted actions towards her and to get her to put on a variety of clothes, all much more revealing than her usual baggy clothing. But even if Claire understood the perverted reasons for Eliza's teasing, she would still forgive her and let her continue. Claire is very loving to the few people she can call friends and would do anything for them. If somebody were to ever seriously hurt them...

Positive Personality Traits

* Kind. She'll never try to hurt others unless given a reason to.

* Intelligent. The smartest student at her school by far.

* Trusting (naive). She trusts in the goodness of people but should learn to at least be a little suspicious of others. Particularly her best friend and her many excuses to either grope Claire's huge breasts or get her into more revealing outfits.

* Humble. Claire is not one to boast of her intelligence or powers.

* Strong moral core. She will not forgive injustices against the helpless and will jump into danger to save others. It is also impossible to tempt her to commit a crime or other such evil deed.

Negative Personality Traits

* Holds grudges if anyone who's not her friend wrongs her in some way, like taking advantage of her meek personality, but her revenge plots are ridiculously small, at best it'll just be an inconvenience to the victim. Claire, however, will act as if she just ruined their whole day. Note- simply talking to Claire while she's in the middle of a revenge plot is enough to make her abandon it thanks to her easily startled and shy nature. She'll forever hold a grudge unless apologized to, which most do when they see how adorable she looks mad.

* Has an insatiable sweet tooth. Claire loves anything sweet and will even snatch her friend's desserts if they eat out.

* Fear. Claire is terrified that one day, she'll be knocked out and spend the rest of her life in a cell, neither awake or asleep. She is even more terrified of losing control of her powers and self-destructing. This fear makes controlling her powers all the more harder. She'll end up using too much or too little energy when using her powers.

Esper Power: Officially, Claire is known as the Jack Esper, as in Jack-Of-All-Trades, thanks to her wide variety of weak psychic powers but what the city council of her home, an artificial island city home to many Espers and normal humans, is that she intentionally dampens her powers to near uselessness with a special band around her wrist. Her powers are many many times stronger than any Esper and her near limitless list of powers makes her true title the Omni Esper rather than the Jack Esper.

Claire, however, barely has any control over her powers and if she activates one of her powers without the special band, it takes a lot of mental strength for her to regain control and turn off her power. Thanks to the small possibility of Espers permanently losing control of their powers (because of several factor, mostly severe overuse leading to permanent brain damage) and self destructing, with the power of the explosion equal to the strength of the Esper, if the government ever found out about Claire's true power, they would knock her out and keep her in a state between unconscious and conscious for the rest of her life to prevent her from possibly self-destructing and destroying the world.

If Claire ever feels intense rage, whoever this rage is directed at should watch out as an angry Claire doesn't bother to hold herself when using her powers.

Special Notes:

* While Claire has the power to make her body grow in various ways, she can also have super strength at her normal size. The strength that comes with enlarged muscles, however, is much easier to control.

* Has back pain. Not intense back pain but enough to cause her discomfort throughout the day.

* Her back and abdominal muscles are surprisingly ripped thanks to her exercises to lessen back pain.

* Sufficiently surprising physical contact, especially when the surprise is groping her breasts as hard as possible, will cause a certain power of Claire's to activate. That power being the power to make her body grow in various ways, most of the time her muscles and breasts. She can technically grow without limit but usually regains control soon and stops the growth before she gets too big.

Thanks to and my recent ask a question journal, I managed to hammer out some details for Claire, as well as the other Espers of her story. I also got a setting down, which was my main problem with writing Claire's story, so I can finally start that.
