Description Oh ho ho, Rannaich is so skanky (and girly). Why can't I paint guys that look like guys? Maybe it's the luxurious locks of hair.

Don't ask me why he's being all coy and suspicious . . . he just always is.

I do believe that is the best tree I've ever painted . . . but I'm still not sure if I'm satisfied with it.

Anyhoo, I haven't done a big, detailed painting just for me in a long time, so this was nice to get to do. I put this under people instead of fantasy, because his being an elf is not obvious in the painting . . . which is fine, since he usually tries to hide that anyway. . .

I had no problem telling that he is a man, the face structure is just right. I love how you not only paint realistic portraits and hair, but your backgrounds have so much detail, too. There's a magical depth to your forest and it's beautiful. You're still a student, right? You're going to be an awesome fantasy artist. ^^

I'm sorta still a student. I took a semester off because I ran out of moola. I was supposed to go back this semester, but the uni screwed up my registration. *shakes fist*

when it's small it appears girl like but once i saw it as something bigger then a thumb nail it was obviously a boy...er man. haha you know what i mean!

Ahaha, well, he gets confused for a girl at first in the book anyway, so I suppose it's not so bad. He hates it though. He's a spaz like that.

very nice work, i love how bright his eyes are..
wonderful use of colour; you chose the most beautiful palette that does him great justice.
and i don't think you have anything to worry about, he looks very manish to me

Thank you! I was hoping the colours would work out right, I'm not used to that scheme.

Oh, and I'm really glad you think he looks manly, too. I always have trouble with that.

He'll be glad you don't think he looks like a girl, too. Bwahaha.
