I’ve been scanning some of my old illustrations that I’ve nearly forgotten about. When I feel stuck, like now, I often forget how much anyone can improve if we keep trying. Looking at my old work I see many mistakes, but I also realize I managed to do things that only one year before would have been impossible for me. So, as a personal reminder to keep trying and working, I thought it would be a good idea to get them out of their folders so I don’t forget about it again. It’s funny that looking at them I can still feel how scared and insecure I felt before starting and how happy and accomplished once I saw the results.
