Great job with the sparkles! I do like how you connected the two characters to create your story. The pots in the background are a nice touch. If you're looking to explore more ways to blend models and objects more seamlessly, you should check out some tutorials on adding shadows to make the light-source more uniform. Just by darkening or lightening certain areas, you can create a much more three-dimensional look. Aside from that, good work!
