Such a highly amusing character from a highly amusing anime

Well this one is probably as old as the other one, but i just never got around to finishing this one...so now its done.

I have a question...
When you start coloring, do you use and eyedropper tool to get the exact colors or do you pick the closest color? Because sometimes I use the eyedropper and Excel's skin looks very pale and her shadows look like that the color should be the color for her skin....
..did that even make sense? lol

That's a very good question.
Well, yes I do use the eye dropper tool to specifically select the color from the screen shot.
Remember now, even though when you start, it might not look right, finish off the whole piece , then it will look natural.
The thing to remember, your canvas is pure white, the background of the image might be a different color, making it seem paler. Its just the "lighting" thats in the screen shot that when used from eye dropping it make it seem weird.
That should clear that up. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. I love helping out.
