So here's a new upload of these things again, I couldn't stand the background of the last pic, so I fixed them up a bit and made them more presentable all together.from left to right we have Grasslands, Forest, Coastal and Mountians. I swear I will do photoshoots with people actually in them soon! I hope o_o
edit: sorry, I just have to scrap this. The photos are so bad!!! And I have better ones now.

These are amazing, they totally embody the places they represent. I like how the coastal one evokes ocean plant life and has that drapey, seaweed-at-low-tide look to it, rather than just being blue and looking more like water. It seems like the less obvious choice but so much more true to nature. That and the grass one may be my favorites. They all look fantastic together!

WOW! I totally had a similar idea about making costumes for different elements when I was working on my BFA. but I didn't. and now I want to go make costumes for the hell of it because these are so fun!
I like the fact that you didn't use the most obvious colors to repressent each of the nature things, and instead focused on the form and texture. well done ^____^

thanks! Yeah, that one took the longest. Every one of those strips is bias cut silk that is sewn and then turned inside out and ironed O_O
won't be doing that again for a while
