Description
Noman meets a familiar face from the Red Dragon Syndicate, a pro-human organization. Despite their past differences, they've managed to talk about the business at hand.

Author's Note:
(Unnecessary information below.)
The Red Dragon Syndicate (Or commonly known as the syndicate) is a pro-human organization that has its origins dating back to the twilight years of the second world war in Southeast Asia. They've managed to survive the combine occupation by hiding and bribing certain Combine administrators through unknown means that allowed them to operate in specific cities without interference. During the uprising, they brokered a deal with the rebel leaders for immunity for the past crimes they committed during the occupation in exchange for aiding them in their fight against the Combine. Now the syndicate has secured itself as a branch of the reformed Earth government and are now free to pursue their goals without question or hindrance, making them the most dangerous group on Earth with some thinking that they might be the next Combine Overlords when and if that time comes.
They're basically like Cerebus from the Mass Effect series with the exception that they are not seen as a terrorist organization by other humans. Reason being is that they actually support and promote the rights and freedoms of ALL humans and are known to not commit crimes against humans without a justifiable reason (Most of the time.). Other species like ponies and until recently, vortigaunts are not seen as equals in the syndicate's eyes and are looked down upon, and at times are known to be attacked by them for almost no reason. I'll probably give a more detailed explanation about them at a later time, preferably when they start taking a bigger role in the comics.
Now I know I'm doing a gamble by taking this route, especially during season six of MLP:FIM. But Trixie's father is actually a driving point for TCOT. Yes, her non-canonical father has somehow managed to come to Earth during the Combine occupation years ago. I do have a reasonable explanation on how and why he would be in Earth during the Combine's rule, but that will be explained at a later time as well as the reason on why he's a criminal in the syndicate's eyes. I know there is a chance Trixie's family might be mentioned or portrayed at a later date in the show and that could destroy the entire plot for TCOT. It's a very risky gamble, but I'm going to go for it anyways.
