Isn't it just grand that lots of people could do such a piece really easily; but
if they didn't intend some concept for it nobody'd give a damn and that all the
artists who work like madmen on an extremely intricate piece with no pre-planned
concept or meaning get no recognition despite all the hard work?
It's ok work but pretty much anybody with a bit of Photoshop skills could whip
this up in under an hour. I may not be very deep but I feel more work deserves
more notice than an easy job, no matter how meaningful the concept behind it.

Mayhaps you should take your complaint up with the GM that featured it, not the artist.
It's really not fair to the artist that she's getting this kind of negativity for a feature she had no control over, and I think it's incredibly rude to leave such a comment.
Even if it's not the best art in the entire world, ~Non-08 put some kind of work and thought into it, and to shoot it all down when she didn't even ask to be featured is a really shitty thing to do.

Hm, I wasn't intending to be being directly negative toward the artist but
yeah, I was a bit harsh. I mentioned though, that it's not a bad piece, I just
don't think it's worthy of being a DD. I'm sure the artist would agree to a point.

For some odd reason it reminds me of "Just Be Friends" by Vocaloid. I think it's the girl's arm, and the pink balloon. And also the fact that the song is about a couple who are going on to "just be friends" and the guy is reminising and missing how it used to be. Their relations (kind of like the pink ballon) was inoccent and happy, but it ended (like the handcuffs) cold, hard and just wrong.
