Well, there's some wiggle room because of the The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot.

Only that was all Peter Davison.

I just don't know if Steven Moffat has any interest in the Face of Boe. He didn't for Eleven.

The Five)ish) Doctors was hilarious, I am so happy Barrowman and RTD showed up in that to make fun of themselves. And yes, I am even happier that Davison wrote it, it was funny!

I doubt Steven will do anything with Face since we see him die in Tennant's run, but at the least if Torchwood were to ever start up he could do a crossover episode.
