Description
This is a fan art which I did based on Wally Woods cover for Incredible Science Fiction.[link]
The original issue was published in 1955 the same year Marty went back to change his family's history.
So I thought, What the heck, lets redo a cover of a comic in that era. Although there is a fake EC comic in the movie which shows a flying saucer that looks a lot like the Delorean.

Oh, no. This works better for comics anyway. I often wish I could let go and simplify a bit more.

I think it depends on the topic, sometimes a more simplistic style suits a comic more, but sometimes you gotta go with the more realistic stuff. My key to simplicity is working in a small size. I always use an a4 paper which is smaller than the regular art board size, I such size, I just can't get into much detail
