thanks but i not happy how i did this one failed with eyes coloring and bit with skin shading

I think she is really great. Not quite sure what you mean by failed eyes? They look OK to me ! And so does shading, maybe could be darker to show more, but she is lit from front so the light seems OK (maybe some minor things but..) as well!

Give yourself some credit man!

Look at the eyes it supossed to be darker green with highlights... well anyway my pencils are not so good with blending others colors well i will try more better next time

Oh, well I suppose.. But yes, color pencils are quite hard to blend with so..

Well if use better paper and better pencils sure u will get better results but u know my budget is very low so im sitting with cheap tools :/

well sure, but if you had no drawing skill or talent at all, no amount of awesome super expensive tools would help you!
