In my humble opinion, the lighting is pretty illogical. This picture seems to not have any fixed lightsource. It looks like you shaded each little part separately, giving odd feeling to the whole piece. You made the shadows so strong all over her face, like the lightsource was behind her head, but then inside of her ear is the brightest part of the head, for example.
