I should stop painting with regular markers....the background is screwed.........anyway she is based on a virus infection on Subeta lol. she's a Zombie ^^
what else......she likes to cal herself Mad Hatter because of her huge hat colection.
I've decided that my Oc's belong to the M.A.D.hatter project now. the name came up while cleaning my room XD but it has a meaning. basically it goes around the little plushies, like Bubbles here, and Scraps and Silver (Kaoru's wing shaped pet). M.A.D. stands for Medical aiding devices and basicaly they help. For example Millie is blind and Scraps is her "eyes". On other hand Bubbles helps Miyuko and Octavia with stitching XD
They were developed by a underground company created by Milady Everglot with help of numerous cientists and a little "magic".
i'm still working on the story, i kind wish i had pacience to draw it though........
