PVC tape and too much time.Last in this series. It's not easy to breathe with that much tape around ur chest that tight! I wouldn't suggest people try this! Taking it off was SOOOOORRREEEE!!!!

for one, i've been wearing boxers for quit some time now. but even still, if you are complaining about hurt, i could only imagine what toture i would go through.
