Damian: What is it this time, woman?
Mar'i: You don't even know, which is even more infuriating!
Damian: Tt! Not even 5 minutes in the door and you go off like this. *holds out a card to Mar'i*
Mar'i: ...*takes card and reads it*
Damian: *shuffles in place*
Mar'i: ...*sniffle* Say it.
Damian: What?
Mar'i: Say it out loud. Don't just hide behind a really really well written card.
Damian: *looks to the side, then sighs, resigned. Turns toward Mar'i* I...love you, Mar'i Grayso-
Mar'i: *tackles Damian with a hug and kisses him deep whilst floating mid-air* What took you so long?
Damian: What was that response earlier?
Mar'i: I...had some things to work through.
Damian: So did I. Guess we're even.
Mar'i: *giggles, then looks into Damian's eyes* is this wrong?
Damian: *shrugs* we're not related by blood.
Mar'i: I mean what will others think?
Damian: Who cares? Let them talk. *shifts to hug Mar'i more comfortably* I'll still have you one way or another.
