Coal often tries to drown out his regrets, memories seem more distant when staring at the bottom of a bottle, but it seems nothing can quite stop that aching feeling, he never expected much from life and yet still he was caught with his head in the clouds, it was bound to happen that he would fall he just hadn't expected it to be so soon, he thought he had already scraped the bottom of the void yet here he is alone, He had even pushed Ken away, there are too many regrets to count, how can he lose at a game he didn't even know he was playing, he wonders in his drunken haze.

The day 10 prompt was Regret, this was a sad one however an important trait of pestilence, tragedy always seems to follow him he feels like the opposite of a good luck charm. It’s not always doom and gloom for him though and it's through this scene he is close to meeting someone very special.
