a. Her hair? My mistake on attaching the double sided meshes.
b. Her lips? They're a pain to pose. I'll keep her mouth shut next time
c. Her breasts? Alright, i didn't do anything stupid with those things. This could be the result of attaching the skin meshes together as one mesh, connecting the vertices, and applying turbo smooth modifier to the mesh.

Tools : XPS 11, 3DS Max.
