At Megacon I created a balloon Aku cosplay from Samurai Jack one of my all time favorite shows. I love everything about the show from the voice acting to the music and the absolutely beautiful art style. I was especially happy that I not only made this cosplay (even though it was not my original choice) and that I gave Phil LaMarr one of my favorite voice actors a balloon version of Samurai Jack. I loved the fact that he talked to me fully as Jack and I got to banter with him as Aku! Although I wanted to attend all three days and make Vile from Megaman X, I think that that cosplay may be one for Nerdapalooza this year! I had a wonderful time and I know that despite all of the terrible things that have happened to me this year (roommates, money, potential suing, etc.) I can tell that this will be a wonderful year for my balloon creations!
