Drawing fanart helps with art block for me, and darn this was gnarly
I just wanted to draw Okuyasu, then it turned to drawing Josuke and Koichi
And holy shit is that a background? An actual setting? That's new

greet, I'm from and by Dio's 'HoHo', never thought that gonna give a critique to a JoJo related pic, being fan of that anime : D
Start off the bat, I want to point out a great perspective. I looks perfect and there's nothing in it which could make look odd or sticking out, considering that it's not an easy task to make so. Imo, the desks made the best effect for it
Next thing to point out is the style itself, especially how the cell-shading technique was used. it's a good way to have low contrast on background and some details you don't want to move out as focal points, so must say you did a good job with making sure that viewer's eyes are attracted to the main characters
And the last thing from plusses is the color scheme. Thing about it is that violet and yellow are the compile colors and also contrasting with each other as just this little detail makes a picture look neater. while even looking or rest of the colors they all don't go out of this color choice (even the green school uniform)
Yet I've noted some minuses too. At first Josuke's head. thing about it that it's turned in profile and this hits an eye pretty well. while such issue is easily fixable, just rotate the head a bit
Next is more of a composition flaw, I noted that Josuke and Okuyasu are blending and it makes a trick that Okuyasu doesn't have legs....while there of course are, but it's not intuitively gettable. fix to that is also pretty simple - in the anime (didn't read manga) Okuyasu had a blue uniform while you drew him in purple one for some reason or it isn't blueish enough to be separatable from purple. yet such detail would and look more canon and be a neat solution ;3
and for the last one is oversaturation. I mentioned previously that you did a good job, making viewers to look on them, but thing is that rest of the pic looks too bright, too saturated. this is more tricky, but what I'd do is reduce the saturation on the entire picture and then would carefully raise it there where I want viewers to look at
all in all, this pic look PERFECT. srsly, it's JoJo, it can't be bad. yet minuses I note are easily spottable, they don't break the picture that much while plusses are still dominating, hehe

I tried to make okuyasu's uniform blue, kinda looks purple tho lol
I'm glad you like the colors! It does seem a little too saturated (I tend to go really hard with filters)
I need a filter that tells me when too much is too much lol
Doing josuke's head in profile was a little strange to me, I guess I was trying to experiment or somethin
I also appreciate the cell shading compliment ;^;

Seriously, these guys are the only Jo-Gen that didn't have the Fellowship break via death, especially considering Jonathan, Joseph and Jotaro all lost their friends, Jonathan due to himself dying, and Joseph and Jotaro being self explanatory.

Love the colors! I was having a glance through ProjectComment and wasn't sure what to do, though when I saw your work it was a guaranteed watch. I've been a JJBA addict for some time now, I don't know why I haven't done as many fanarts of it as I'd love to. This inspired me to go sketch something haha thank you
