I spent a LOT of time working on thisI changed up the eyes a lot (i'm still experimenting i guess)
it's basically a little wolf red riding hood!

This is very cute! I love your colouring style.
A thing you might want to improve on is the legs, I get the feling the knee might be a bit low compared to the hips? Did you scetch the pose before you drew the dress?
Another small thing is continous lines, whena line from one object melts iiinto a line from another object it can look a bit weird. You got one in the bangs continuing up in the ear, the bottom line of the basket match with the end of the dress and the edge of the cape joins with the edge of the bacground.
But it's an over all good peice and she have a great expression filled with wonder.

Alrightly! I'm liking the concept here! You put a twist on Red Riding Hood and made her a little wolf girl, cool. She seems so sweet and totally not savage. (Or is she? Hehehe...) The colors are pretty and the background icon is very much anime style which is A+ for me over here.
Sigh, but alas I must point out some things! *critic mode activated* Nothing to big so don't worry. 
I notice for her head that the positioning on the ears is off. One ear on the right is all the way on the back of the head, and the other ear is close to the eye for comfort. You have to decide whether she has back of head kind of ears or ones that'll be on the front more.
Although the little face is cute, her expression is rather flat but maybe that's the point since she's just calm and nothing's happening. I just have a thing for expressions so don't mind me! I would tweak the mouth a little and not too much, just maybe give her a subtle smile.
(Unless that was what you were going for. Then I'll just shut up and go in a corner XD )
Okay but seriously, I think the effort you put into the eyes was worth it. Their glamorous but again as for expression, they are a bit doll-like. Which isn't bad, some people love the doll look. I just like it because they look more like crystal eyes.
Okay that's my take on this. Keep up the work and one day your art will look completely professional!
