Well first, the parts are sculpted in clay by hand, then silicone molds are made of each part before they're cast in resin 
From what I've understood it's quite a process, that takes a lot of time and effort.Β

Well everyone has them for different reasons, some like to take photos of them, others like the fact that you can make one of your characters "come to live", then you can sew their clothes which can be super fun! But some just have them because of the fact you can make them look just like you want, and they're really beautiful c:

He's gorgeous ^-^ makes me wanna redo my boys' faceups, they're pretty terrible, but I don't think I'd ever be able make them look this good xD
