I'm always up for a vs discussion with anybody except when it comes to Saitama, because he's a parody. He's just the question of, "Heh, what if the MC was literally God?"
The point of him existing is to be the strongest thing with no equal in a fight, to kill absolutely in a single punch if he so pleases.
That's why One Punch Man is about every other character's fights or Saitama's growing boredom in life.
In summary, Superman doesn't win because Saitama cannot physically lose a battle.
