This is FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC. For many reasons:
1) This took serious talent to make.
2) Tracer is cute as fuck.
3) You, unlike many other people that make fan art, seem to understand that partial nudity is much better (most of the time) than full nudity. ONLY because most pictures do not pull it off right and it just looks like trashy fan art of something that resembles the character, rather than actually getting the point across that it IS the character if that makes any sense.
