It's Refia from Final Fantasy III. I love that game. OwO (It's a DS game)
And I wanted to make her look more "real"( or more like the Final Fantasy-creatores draws them ) . So I hope it looks at least a little bit great, or something.

And it was a little weird.. Cause when I bought that game, I boughted it worn. So it didn't cost so much it orginally did. And when I started the game there was a user from the last player. And I clicked just to watch a little, and he/her had named Refia (her orginal name is that, but you can give them a new name) for Renate. It was pretty funny.

This drawing might be for a contest which ends at January 31th (my birthday, wuhuhu xD ), but I want to draw something else for it. But I doubt that I'll get the time too
