5 hours sai; I wasn't sure if I should post this out of scraps because its still rough around the edges and not what I'd like to think is my best work but I really don't have that much time recently due to school so I doubt I'll be able to do better. This is my re application piece to my school's literary magazine's art team; I was part of it last year. This year's prompt let me choose a song that contained lyrics that evoked strong emotion or a mix and then create a picture based on those lyrics. I wasn't sure if I was able to convey emotion because I know that my expressions on faces are usually drawn blank and emotionless so I hope I was able to convey a mood of melancholy/anguish through contrast and environment.

I hope I get in this year!
