Long time ago I didn't draw him
Dunno if you remember my Smeargle Riddle
I have him on SoulSilver game (tho I haven't played with it for a year) ^-^
He knows... Earthquake (or however that's written lol), Flamethrower, some kind of psychic attack and can't remember what else xD
Don't use this without my permmission!!
Done with:- HB pencil, rubber (sketch)
- Thin markers 0.1 , 0.4 (lineart)
- Kurecolor Twin markers AND Copic markers (colouring/shading)

You can find them in the Ruins of Alph, if you enter in the cave of rout 32, or 36 (can't remember which of them lol)
