Description But with the beast inside, there's nowhere we can hide

After having listened to "Demons" by Imagine Dragons for hundreds, probably thousands of times already (it is actually one of the few songs I can listen to on endless repeat and not get tired of. For hours. Literally.) I finally got a satisfying idea for fan art. Especially dedicated to the lines:
So they dug your grave
And the masquerade
Will come calling out
At the mess you've made

I LOVE that song, it is so powerful and I friggin saw it live last year. Best thing ever.

Painted in photoshop w/ tablet, about 2 hours. Still trying out new brushes

This is an amazing interpretation of the song. The lyrics are very true and have so much meaning. This piece right here puts all the feeling in that song in a single picture. Absolutely beautiful.

Oh wow, the watercolors really look nice to this piece, the mask is so unsettling. I love how you did the fur too, it really ties the theme all together ^-^

Ohgosh, really? Shame on my for not reading the description, my phone makes it hard to do. It does however impress me more that your digital piece had me convinced it was watercolor, thats some truly amazing technique ^-^

Gosh I love this whole concept, of the mask hiding the inner demon, and dear god it's terrifying ;_; I love the look of the mask, it's pretty sinister how the eyes look I think.
