I was right on my assumption of this anime being Angel Beats.I've also been informed that this was an amazing anime so I'll be sure to watch it sometime soon.
Done on GIMP.
Took about 1.5 hours.
About 15 layers? - A lot of them were just color adjustments.

I've heard that so many times now. I've never seen an anime thats made me cry so I'm really tempted to go and watch it.
And I hate overlong animes so I'll probably do it eventually. When things aren't so busy.
