Please full view!Commission work for someone in Gaia.Still in progress.Needs more touch up.I know there are mistakes but i made this on my sketch book and not on water colored paper so, gomen people if this looks a little not smooth.
Character design by me.
Suggestions and comments welcome.

Very nice illustration! Even if the scene is very complex and detailed you were able to fix the observer attention to the main character that remains the fulcrum of the draw.
The warm and vibrant colours give an idea of power and indomitable vitality that is in great contrast with her glance that appears sad, melancholic and vulnerableβ¦ So her strength is like a mask she use to protect the fragility of her soul, itβs like an ivory tower were she hides and protects her heartβ¦ That make the whole illustration so poetic and touching.
The background, that is very lively, communicates perfectly the idea of all her vitality springing outside.
Now, the few critics I can tellβ¦ the are minor critics since the draw is almost perfect, but her legs looks to thin and skinny.. anatomically they arenβt perfect.
Then, I would add some shading to her body that otherwise looks, how to say, flat⦠or simply bi-dimensional⦠so you might try to give to it a better depth definition

I really like the character design, she looks really bad-ass. costume design is also awesome, and the pose and action of the girl (who looks bad-ass btw) are really good. good enough for a fave.

My only comment is probably add a bit more shadow for more depth. Though the darker hues looks fine. You're not completely done, right? Was about to ask you about the sword. I thought it was translucent. :LOL:

Oh wait.. your not even done with this. My bad, I had to double check. So chances are her weapon isn't even finished. Guess I'm not really in the position to comment on that yet, huh? Still, if you think your done with the ball, I think my opinion on it still resides. Oh well, to each their own I guess.

Pretty...! There's not much else I can say except just that. While I liked the first picture I faved a little more than this, this one has a slight better useage of colors, and the lineart's a little better here, although the golden ball in her hand may need to be shaded a little darker (I'm still trying to work my way around that problem), as does her weapon. I think it needs a little more contrast as well. The girl and everything else in the picture though, is flawless. Looks great!

Wow, this is just beautiful! I love the fiery colors that you used and I also like how your eye just moves around the image until you're finally able to take all of its beauty in! And the detail..... I just love the fine lines. I can't help but notice that especially..... You really did a wonderful job on this! Keep up the good work!
