Inspired by AlyaKtheDorkLord’s Dreamer on Ao3.

I kept thinking about how to draw this from the moment I started reading Dreamer. I just kept thinking of the image of Izumi in her mind room, holding some of the mind lights in her hands (no guesses as to whose they are).

Also my first time trying my hand at this medium in detail (digital). Originally sketched in pen. Coloring, layers and detail done in ibisPaint X. Completed 1/1/20.
