I love outdoor weddings.
I've always thought it's pretty funny that Kai still wears his bandana at his wedding though...why Kai, why?! That being said, I love Karen's wedding dress. Natsume did a really cool job of giving all the ladies dresses to match their personalities. If you haven't seen them, here's a nice compilation: Picture
It's so hard to pick a favourite, but Leia's is pretty incredible. Also I love Nami's hair.

I love this picture! SO COOL! I think my favourite part is Karen's arms for some reason. I love how you drew them! Nice music choice to go with it; beautiful sea imagery that is so appropriate, but I also like the chill feel, giving them depth. I think there's just something so powerful about how you drew Karen here. I love how you did her pose and how you coloured her skin. Kai looks great too! I love how he looks happy in a way like he can't quite believe what's going on. I also love the soft glow of this picture. AWESOME WEDDING PICTURE!

i love how the old harvest moon games had unique characters and unique styles
i feel like the new games have been lacking in that category

And I agree, I find newer HM casts are harder to get attached to. There's something really charming about the simplicty of classic HM game characters, that find a balance of being unique and relatable. There's a level of authenticity that they have too, when it comes to personalities...something about the new ones just feel like they keep regurgitating stereotypes. Sometimes I feel like the new Harvest Moon bachelors and bachleorettes have too much focus on their outfits/hair/designs as opposed to their personalities.
But that being said, there are still a few cool characters in each new game, and some are a lot better than others. I think Tale of Two Towns has quite a few gems, and it looks like Story of Seasons has potential!
