Description 2011.
Fan art to the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book by J.K.Rowling.

While Harry, Ron and Hermione are off to save the world, their friends from Dumbledore's Army come back to Hogwarts, and naturally they won't stand the things that are going on there now that the Death Eaters are in charge.

For the background, I used a picture I myself took in 2008.

This is so well done I love how you silhouetted a tower keep, and the mists have such an eerie effect

Thank you for the feedback! I am also fond of the Harry Potter books; the original English version makes quite an exciting read and an interesting study in terms of language use.
I read the first book in Russian when I was back at junior school; when I grew older I devoured the whole seven books in English one after the other.

Hey no problem, it is my pleasure to see what you have created!

I just recently managed to get my sister to start reading Harry Potter (she's 11) and despite never really sticking to a series before she is now happily going through Book 5 leaving most of my friends (Who haven't read it (ARGH!)) behind in the dust. They really are something special.

Oh and I must say, I love the way you've done the Dementors!

Back when at school, I used to write large amounts of fan fiction - humorous and weepy stories and poems - dedicated to the Harry Potter books; however, it was all in Russian. At the time, I was under great impression from the books. I suppose it still hasn't worn off.
