Ondolemar and Kiara, now 20% cuter! Oops, wrong fandom.
Anyways, I find slowing time to be a good solution if you want to kiss someone from a rival faction on the sly. Luckily, Kiara knows just the Shout! (only two Words, though, because she refuses to take sides in the Civil War, so no chase for the Jagged Crown for her).

I wonder if you can clear Korvunjund without actually taking sides. Might be hard to get inside, but I bet you could still get to the word wall.

I think that before you start the relevant quest, the door is locked and needs a key to open. Which is a bit of a downer, but oh well.
