He's the Ruler of the night, of dreams, the moon, & his element is water.
This is the first in a series of 7 Faeries that I designed, all pertaining to certain elements and duties.

The flowers behind him are a nice touch. It'd be a wee bit too bland without them, I think.
I really like his expression. Like the water is for peasants. I doubt that's what you're going for, but he just looks sassy to me. orz

and yeah it ended up being far too bland so I added them in there, it became a theme.
