Just think about it... Starflight said that no dragon has ever died because of age (technically he said natural death but it's the same). And peril is untouchable, literally. So the only thing that could kill her is darkstalker or another animus, and if they don't she would NEVER DIE (from as far as we no so far).Related content

Not necessarily.
Some dragons are very smart and some are incredible engineers, such as Mastermind (Starflight's father, who was able to desalinize water AKA remove salt from the water to make it drinkable.) A dragon being able to make something to take out Peril.
What about a throwing spear?
A throwing spear could be made to be fireproof so her firescales are redundant. Dragons could still kill her without getting near her. They could also use potent poisons.
Now, people may think "But wait, Peril burned poison out of Clay's leg!" One, it isn't poison, it's venom. Secondly, Peril shoved her talon into an open wound where the viper bit Clay. If someone poisoned her food and drink, there is no wound, so she can't burn the poison out. And it has never been proven if the inside of her body is just as fiery as the outside. However, since she is referred to having firescales, we can safely assume that she is normal on the inside (of her body, that is.)
Also, yes, an animus could kill Peril more easily and efficiently.
So, I believe Peril is NOT immortal, just very close to being.

This is a valid response considering Scarlet poisoned Peril when she stopped eating the rocks. If Peril was immortal to poison how did she get deathly sick?
