Well this particular picture is Hdr . dont know if u know what that is but it's two or more shots at different exposures put together. so that you've got the foreground well exposured and also the sky..

I have started using the gradient tool in photoshop instead. What you're doing really is simulating what a filter would do.

but i usually sharpen the pic too in photoshop.It's usually the last thing i do. u go to Filter-sharpen-sharpen.

If u want more details on how i do things just let me know and i'll send u a note wen i get the chance.. I'm going to Egypt on sunday s i wont be around for a while , just so u know thank you for veiwing anyway..

Et godt bilde skal ikke ha for mye "ingredienser", men heller ikke for lite.
Uten den stenen i siluett ville bildet blitt tammere.
