I kinda liked the serious one better, not gonna lie :/, this one I feel like was too far in the cartooney vibe, try something more in the middle ground

i wanted to balance the starters,
so that all of the evolutions can look cool together,
i changed the old one with this one coz i changed the starter theme in the middle of the drawing proses,
(i want them all to have the same style)
for example ivysaur and wartortle look perfect together,
the old one looked way to serious compared to the grass starter,

I still kinda think this looks cartoonier than the grass final, but it's still pretty wicked!
