In Toon City, there's only one Rule that Dexter has to fallow: KEEP LUAN LOUD AWAY FROM THE LABORATORY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Because if Dexter or Dee Dee don't, this is what everyone gets instead. Nothing but endless puns and pranks and constant annoyance. Penny and Sherman are easily annoyed by all the puns that all the Luans tell all the time.Sherman: Dexter, you idiot!

I like Lola the most, she is actually the most level headed compared to Luan. She will admit her wrong doings and for her age I can accept most of the things she does, and most importantly she has had her shining moments.
For Luan's age I think that her seriousness is minimal, she laughed at Lincoln after dunking snow at his pants even though Lisa brings up that it can paralyze him. She has no concern over others, does not understand the consequences of her actions, will humiliate someone, and seems to have little patience as again I saw mostly in Funny Business.
