Description
Here's young Copper from Disney's 'The Fox & the Hound'! His front legs are a bit short; but overall, I'm happy with him. Those ears were a bitch though!
He's made out of wire, pipe cleaners, roving and colored wool using a craft technique known as 'needle felting', a very easy and fun craft to do. However, needle felting is time consuming, potentially painful if you stab yourself, and some would call it tedious based on the technique involved, but I personally find it fun and relaxing. I would recommend it if you're looking for something new to try, but perhaps not for the clumsy type (sharp needle involved). Thank you! But I doubt I would ever take commissions for this craft. For one thing, my colors are limited. Also, it's very time consuming and once I create something; I get too attached to it!

He's so cute! This is probably one of the best needle-felted plushies you've ever made. You seriously caputured the baby face, especially with his eyes.

Thanks so much, Smitty! And yes, I agree that it's one of the better looking ones I've made. Though, his front legs are too short (I always have trouble with the front legs!) and his paws are too big, his body looks like that of a Dachshund from the front. Which is cute I suppose but...still wrong. It's something I need to work on...or just make head busts of characters from now on
