Description
Sulaco Visual Style that I made for my computer. Blue version also available.I spent more that 3 month working on this theme and although it isn't 100% complete, most graphic elements are modified and operational.
Included Sounds are from Wipeout HD.
The wallpaper is an actual photo of the inside of my case.
Follow instructions inside the read me file for installing.

There should be a way to use it but you'll probably need an other theme patcher compatible with win8.

No, changing color isn't hard but would require too much work.
