Description (This is a series of random small paragraphs of details about an important character named Nisa, planned for involvement in Srash's backstory, "A thousand scars")

Nisa (pronounced nee-sah) is a female Eevee with an indeterminate age and an indeterminate past which she keeps between herself and her hidden diary. She is clearly an adult, but retains a youthful cheeriness.

In physical appearance, she has eyes of a vibrant green, orange-brown fur of a similar vibrant shade, and a brightly colored purple kerchief she wears around her neck, covering her poofy neck fur.

Nisa is not her actual name, but rather a nickname that stuck to her as she helped out various newbies in the barracks, be it with food, training, advice, or the occasional smack across the muzzle. Due to her helpfulness, those she helped quickly began referring to her as “nee-san”, which means “big sis”. Eventually, nee-san was shortened to Nisa, and she kept the name ever since, content not to let anyone ever find her identity. She is so unused to being called by her original name, having not heard it in years, that there’s a good chance she’ll either simply flinch or not respond to it at all.

Nisa has built many secret dens throughout the barracks, and is usually within 30 seconds of one at any given time. Most of these dens were secretly built into the walls of the air vents, taking advantage of the soft clay the vents were dug into. She keeps her personal belongings hidden within these dens, buried into the walls to prevent theft. Small scouts are occasionally sent after her every so often, but none are ever successful, due to her ability to catch and disable or kill them. As such, she’s considered too much of a nuisance to ignore, but a difficult problem to deal with.

If questioned, she will always deny having been any sort of combatant in the arena before, saying that she’s not a fighter, and is only around to help where she can. However, if directly threatened, she displays admirable skills, well beyond what some crafty straggler of the barracks should have..

On rare occasions, she can be heard gently singing through the vents of the barracks, soothing the worries and concerns of those who stop to listen. Usually, she can’t be heard during the daytime hours, due to background noise. However, she can easily be heard at night, much to the annoyance of several grumpy fighters. She’s quite good at singing, and practices it often, for unknown reasons. As a slight side effect of this, her voice has a slight lyrical quality to it, setting her apart from other eevees quite easily.

There are plenty of eevees in the arena, usually upwards of ten un-evolved younglings at any time. As such, she can usually escape detection quite easily, provided she doesn’t have to speak much, and isn’t wearing her kerchief.

You don't know how much I want you to get to this point in the story. Nisa sounds interesting. She also has a strange relationship with the barracks mentioned; she is clearly able to move in and out freely, but it also seems like a hostile place. Very interesting.

When she sings, is it audible words? Or is it more akin to just music, singing notes with no words?

Heh, glad to hear about interest in her, it'll make writing her even more fun. And it's a sort of scenario where the aforementioned barracks are fairly peaceful, if strict, and she angered the wrong person. So, for example, the barracks have heavily guarded entrances, but the majority of the barracks themselves have very few, if any guards. Thusly, she can do most of whatever she wants, as long as she's careful and doesn't stray too far from a hiding place.

I'd like to do words if I can, it just might be hard to come up with songs that match what she might sing.
