The three rules of playing as Medic:
1. Don't die
2. Heal as many teammates as possible
3. Uber with sense
When I play as Medic I always try to follow these
(although following rule 1 can be hard if you get stuck in places with enemies, I try not to go too far to the front unless I'm about to uber someone but sometimes the push-back is too fast for me and I can end up cornered)

Only that my teammates never seems to treat Medic as a part of the team, mean they calling like hell while running away, leave me alone when there's enemies around

well, DUH, if i'm the only good medic then I heal. if there's another medic my name might as well be 'Extintion'

Then that's good, mostly when I played, if the other Medic become a combat one everyone just ask him/her/them to switch to some classes that actually made for kills, not for healing
I personally found calling for a Medic and being ignored while they obviously can heal everyone is just plain a bit waste, Medic is the only class can heal teammates the most efficiently beside Engies with their dispenser, and there's 8 other classes that made for killing

I'd like to say that the seringe gun is the most useless stock weapon of all TF2.
It's made for killing but does not even deal enough damages to kill a Scout less than 10 secs.
Pretending to be a combat Medic which tops a seringe gun is like the toad pretending to be a beef: It's useless and embarassing.
The least you could do, even though you like the Combat-Medic style is to equip a crossbow.
Why?
- More damages
- Heals team mates.
So before you come and blab about your Combat-Medic skills, at least go pick the right loadout.
The most ambarassing thing you could say after that may be that you're not using an Ubersaw.

I was having a Conversation. and I use the ham Shank and Blutsauger, I can't stand the slow reload time of the crossbow. you can take your butthurted-ness somewhere else now.

My point in all of that is that you better not blab around with your Combat-Medic skills and crappy loadout when you didn't play in a while 'cause you know, skills get lost if you don't play.
Now understand a thing please:
A Medic isn't a class made for COMBAT! If you want to fight ppl, at least pick a Soldier or a Heavy.
A Medic is made to heal. He can kill some ppl in the battle but he'll never be the most important and powerful combatant in the Team.
Your loadout is a fake Combat Medic loadout made out of selfishness.
Why?
Let me explain: Blutsauger? What a magnificent weapon! Weapon of the guy who only thinks of himself! Oh, it heals? Who does that heal? THE MEDIC and ONLY the Medic.
This weapon is completely useless when you know that the Medic heals himself perfectly. It's clearly the weapon of selfishness.
Oh, and you can't stand the slow reaload? So you're sooooo Bloodthirsty that wait for 1sec more (time that you could use to pick up your Medigun and heal some team mates btw) while moving around pisses you off? CONGRATULATION! You're the worst Medic on Earth.
Ham shank? Don't make me laugh please...
If the Medic got specific melee weaps, that's not for nothing! Pick up AT LEAST the Amputator!!
You know, the Amputator right? That's already better than your poor Ham Shank. Why? Well, Amputator = -20hp for wearer, alright, BUT! You got +3hp of regenerating IN ADDITION with the default amount of regeneration! What else? Ooooh! The taunt can heal ppl! Oooh! What a magical weapong!
And if you're so sick of reload time, you're not made for Combat Medic because the Ubersaw is clearly the best Combat Weapon for Medic. Each time you hit someone, you got 25% more übercharge in exchange of -20% of fire firing speed.
So you see the point now?
Being a good player means that you need to know your weapons, which isn't your case.
So next time you wanna blab about your skill, that least do 2 things:
- Stay trained, don't be like "Hey look mah skill tho I didn't play or 2 months!"
- Watch you loadout FFS!

Hmm.. your response and opinion made me think. First, its true that medic is made to heal. I wont argue with you about that.
I main medic all the time and the crossbow has its advatages. I think the amputator/crossbow combo is indeed useful.
But this loadout is useless when i have to defend myself against spies and mainly and most importantly pyros!
In competatvie - where you are well defended as a medic i would use the crossbow/amputator. But certainly not in pubs.
In pub servers medics arent taken care of, teammembers constantly let him die or getting chased by angry tunnel-visioned pyros.
The crossbow is slow and hard to aim with it when you are being chased by pyros. Like i said its good, but only with a good team ahead of you and you are from a safe distance.
If you use the crossbow/amputator together its useless againt random crits, body or headshots. If i want some extra protection i always use the vaccinator.
My loadout is blutsauger, Übersaw and the Vaccinator. But i all the Mediguns if the situation requires it.
You said that the Blutsauger is selfish. Yes it is, and this is why its most useful in certain situations. Lets say you are hunted by pyros. How would you defend yourself when your healtarget suddenly gets blown up by a random crit stickybomb?
A simple pyro would burn you before you had the chance to shoot the second syringe at him. Not to mention the better, more experienced pyros. The crossbow's syringe projectile could be reflected at you!
Im not saying that every medic whos not using this loadout needs to go and kill everything they see. Thats not the medics job. The blutsauger's "selfishness" is to help you to defend yourself! Running away AND letting yourself getting killed is just plain coward pussy behaviour.
I use the blutsauger exactly for this. It helps me to defend myself when nobody is around or my team simply doesnt give a shit. I have 4600 kills with the blutsauger and they are ALL FROM SELF DEFENSE and NOT from a brainless killing spree!
Iam a passive "heal all the time" combat medic. But iam a horribly useless as battle medic. I dont do damage, i heal and amplify the team's effectiveness and i keep them together. But i will also defend myself most agressively if i have to.
Not to mention from 4 Mediguns, i have two with the rank "Hale's Own" so i heal all the time.

I use a BLutsauger because I can rely on the INSTANT HEALTH hen I attack people, but the instant reload is extremely useful. Why? Because I'm a MEDIC, DAMN YOU. We're one of the Most-Targetted classes. the CROSSBOW is only good for OFFENSE, which is the most USELESS THING when you're a combat medic. Plus, SINCE i'm targeted SO DAMN MUCH, I DONT HAVE TIME TO TAUNT. I need to get away Quickly, and I've NEVER Ubered myself in DEFENSE, Rendering the Ubersaw worthless to me. I use the Ham Shank since it's a quick Melee Attack. I'm VERY FOND of my Loadout, THANK YOU, and i remember asking you NOT to bitch me out. But you did Anyways, And now you're stuck. and I never said i've NEVER HEALED PEOPLE. I WILL HEAL PEOPLE WHO NEED IT.
