I would love to see Fluttershy trying to get the two to talk to eachother. Not because they hate each other because Fluttershy stated that they are friends now, but because its a bit awkward to them.

i doubt there is force in Equestria that would make them to even remotely like eachother, not to mention love eachother. In the newest comic he wanted to overthrown Celestia with Fluttershy

2) I'm aware of the new comic. And I could see Discord was also joking - he's reformed completely.

They are established to finally get past hating eachother (flower scene). It doesn't change the fact that their personalities, style of life and preferences are way to different to make them into eachother. I think your picture pretty much confirm that. Good Sombra was what Celestia prefered in the past. If you find similar traits between Sombra and Discord then there will be chances for them to work this out.

Y'know, the SombraLestia thing brought the whole comic down for me. Not because of my Dislestia bias, but because Good Sombra is Celestia's Flash Sentry - A bland, boring character who can even be considered a Mary Sue. I like Dislestia BECAUSE they're different. It creates conflict and they could even learn from each other's differences. (Lessons on having fun... *wink...wink*? Eh, depends what the writers would wanna do. Idk, I'm not a professional like them.)
So basically, I think they can get along, they just think that they can't. I mainly see them as two different puzzle pieces that can fit together.
...While Good Sombra is far to perfect and boring to be a puzzle peace suitable for Celie. Because he'd just be a square...
Not to offend any other shippers or anything, this is just my view!

I see, i also like romances where couples have opposite characters and can learn from eachother or just grown closer by just by outsmarting eachother, like for example Daring Do and Ahuizotl. I could also probably get used to Dsicord/Twilight since they also work that way. But my problem with Dislestia is that Celestia is very bland and undeveloped. For me is Celestia who is close to Flash. She is depicted as the perfect avatar of pure good and moral guide to every character. She even act like patronizing figure toward him in the comics not to mention other characters. Maybe after we will have an episode where we can see her as a character with own dreams, desires and weaknesses and she will look more than a pretty princess (aka Cadance) then i would consider shipping her. For now Fluttershy bought me to ship fluttercord. Discord can clearly teach her more about confidence and she can teach him being kinder to others or to properly interact with them. I cant say i liked Good Sombra either but i didnt dislike Somblestia because they kind of fit eachother with their undeveloped personalities

Oh, I defiantly see where you're coming from with Celestia. She would be higher on my list if y'know, the staff gave her an episode for a start. I forced her onto the fifth place on my top ten, but that's with my own interpretation of her. In reality, her cheesy personality can be rather cringe worthy. It's just her potential - she has shown in Princess Twilight Sparkle that she has some real deep emotion and regret, the show staff just need to focus on her more. Luna and even Cadance have had their love, give some to Celie, writers.
All bets are on that there's a Celestia episode in S5...
And to add to the GoodSombraLestia ship, in the comics Celestia was actually more flawed than she is in the show. We did get to see her loose her temper, and be dumb enough to cause a rift big enough to clash the universe.
(I agree, opposite ships are awesome)
