Yoo so I finished this darn thing about three days too late for the people in America and four days too late for us lol. Not quite a week past Halloween, but I think everyone's over the spooky fever now so I'm officially late
Eh, that's okay, though - I sure haven't finished the fic that comes with it (since this is technically a cover), and I don't think I will anytime too soon, though I'm too invested in the stupid thing to drop it. It lives in my brain. The characters won't let me go and they blackmail me - I'm only keeping them at bay because I've promised I'm going to do it eventually. Send help

So if you can't tell - and I sure can because I've been staring at his stupid face for the last week - that's Hot Rod holding a spear thingy whichmst the peoples of the universe (or this one, anyway) call a "stake" (and now that I'm looking back on it I've realised to my annoyance that I seem to have accidentally referenced the cover of LL. Darnit, I could've used that thing as a reference!). Very handy for killing vampi- uh I mean sparkeaters, and generally defending yourself in a dangerous situation. Also for looking cool, which is very important. Cool factor is aided by glowiness, which adds extra defensive capabilities against evil orc- sparkeaters.
(can you tell this is just a campy horror yet   I can, but that's because I wrote it. Part of it. Haven't finished it)
I'm not gonna say who the bot behind him is, because spoilers, but she's a very important character and no this isn't a romance because that doesn't exist. The other randoms hanging around aren't important, luckily, and I have no names for them anyway otherwise I'd say what they are. Probably Bob, Bill, and Karen (from left to right, respectively). I would have put a preview up of the story, but unfortunately it needs work and I... haven't finished it yet. As previously mentioned at least twice because I'm repeating myself. You probably won't see it until a couple other fics have gone up, actually. Maybe it'll be ready in time for next Halloween who knows. And maybe if you ask for it I'll give you the preview version heh, because I've been playing around with that idea since I've already shared it with a bunch of people but eh. I mean, if you've gotten this far and read this bit and care enough to ask I'm probably going to give it to you anyway lol.
