I worked really hard on this guy TT ___TT <3 !! (Heart eyes @ aug for redlining) I love him... I actually designed him a few years ago but didn't get past the sketch stage, so I redid it ! ^ q^

you can "void" any design you own from the species, it's fine. Even Fall ! ToS still applies in regards to trade/resell/voucher etc. (No reselling/vouchering for more than you paid). ToS editing rules are still in play (if you edit my art)-- you don't need permission to redesign on your own. Tibu were never restricted into just being Tibu. New owners can still use them as Tibu if they want to, so voiding them doesn't necessarily decrease the value.

He's been paid for, but something is going on with their paypal and people are being hit with chargebacks. I think I'm in the clear. But the chargeback limit is 180 days+, so I've locked him until then. They can use him as they please and whatnot, but he cannot leave their possession. Hope that helps !

I think it's to prevent people from buying them then trading them again like a month later. This way, only serious buyers will offer something, instead of impulse or people only buying designs as trade vouchers. And i get it, it's pretty annoying to see someone buy a design and get rid of it a month later because, in the end, they didn,t really care or it was just an impulse buying.
So with this trade/sale/gift lock until june, at least the person will need to think about it a bit more and cannot use it immediately as some sort of voucher for something else.

I used to see some species that sometimes would put some sort of timeout to be certain the adopts wouldn't be used as vouchers X3
but i hope this issue will be resolved soon. Losing money like that can be very annoying especially if that money was needed x.x
