A gift for ~ataramos of her dragon (okay wyvern) avatar. This may be my last obsessively detailed and polished painting ever because I love high illustration but I think I'm just not cut out for it.Ataramos is (c) A. Brown.

I love this picture to pieces. The movement is especially effective and conveys to me all sorts of emotions that don't necessarily agree with each other! And of course the execution is wonderful.
You should do with your art as you see fit, but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing more paintings from you.

It's Ata! Oooh, I love the stylization of this; like she is swept up in and a part of a strong breeze, yet she still looks so solid and steadfast in her placement and grasp of the tree. Through it all, she looks quite satisfied and complacent. Beautiful work!

It's quiet, but there's still a pleasnt murmur of activity. Some 'zomgrargh' happens now and then, like a recent bout with people unable to put aside a political difference, but there's a still a steady stream of people saying things now and again, and the art forum is occasionally still dumped upon by people like Sejuay and Shiari.

I've ended up in perpetual lurk mode there. A full time job working at Walmart takes away most of my ability for intelligent conversation, lol. So I haven't really kept up with the site as well as I should. Ataramos still hangs out there though.
