This reminds me of a cover of a movie or a scary novel or something.

This is real nice, I love how red the blood is; with an almost rust coloured tint to it.
I enjoy that that model's face in not in much pain, and that she's leaning her head back; almost as if she was waiting to let the last drop of blood seep out and die. However, I do wish that there was some kind of feeling of agony in her eyes.
Very well done!
