It's not stupid, It's a very good question! A commission is when you draw for someone for either money from PayPal or GooglePay as i heard from other resources or for points on this site

Anyway, I mostly draw for people in Thailand. Β Sometimes for free (my cousin), or for friends - that the price is also friendly.
Mostly, I rarely earn much money from drawing, because only people who know me ask me to draw for them.
Maybe, that's why I've never thought about commission or something like this before.
But, thanks a lot for mentioning about it.
